Welcome to the Desert Bistro! As you enter this historic ranch house, you'll notice the 10 foot high ceilings and beautiful wood molding throughout the house.

All of our hand crafted furniture is made from local wood called "blue pine". The pine is found in the La Sal Mountains, just south of town.
fireplace
The fireplace used to have a wood burning stove attached which was the primary heat source for the house. It was removed during renovations and now a furnace heats the restaurant and keeps us warm during the cooler seasons.
